Tiger and Pig

Once upon a time there were a tiger and a pig who were friends.

They both had children.

One day, Tiger said to her children, “When Pig’s children get a little bigger we will eat them.”

Next day, Tiger’s and Pig’s children were playing together. Tiger’s children said to Pig’s children, “Our Mummy was saying that when you get a little bigger we will eat you.”

Pig’s children told their mother what Tiger’s children had said to them.

The next day, Tiger and her children came to play. But Pig and her children didn’t want to play, and Pig said to Tiger, “Your children were saying to my children, ‘When you get a little bigger, we’re going to eat you’.”

Then Tiger said to Pig, “Why do you listen to children?”

And Pig said, “OINK! Why shouldn’t I listen to children? OINK! OINK!”
